In 2011, MVCB partnered with designer Rico H. Lascano to create something special in the Terra 28th Sculptural Playground in Bonifacio Global City. The playground was to be a place for people to take their families and friends to relax in an open air space within the Fort. The playground could be broken down into three main sections.
Color Me-Chameleon
The color-me chameleon is a three-dimensional sculpture whose skin is made up of wooden blocks. Each of these blocks has a different color on each of its four sides, and children can turn the blocks in order to create different color patterns on the sculpture.
The Musical Steps
This interactive sculpture produces a different sound depending on which step a child or several children are stepping on at any given time.
Rest and Play Ribbon Sculpture
This play activity area features colorful curving and twirling ribbon-shaped metal tubes and sheets with an automotive finish. Kids can do monkey-bar activities, climb up ladders, or simply rest on curved lounging areas.
